Senior Quality Assurance Engineer - Product Testing (6-10 yrs)

Role : Sr. Quality Assurance Engineer

Responsibilities :

- Collaboration with analysts in gathering requirements and test case design to ensure complete
coverage for new feature development and existing product features understanding.

- Partnering with software developers to facilitate a clear understanding of acceptance criteria and QA expectations.

- Creating and designing testcases, and scenarios that will be used by the Automation team to build automation scripts.

- Diagnose issues, report defects, and propose A/B tests to discover reoccurrences.

- Performing root cause analysis for software and data defects to include aiding to implement process changes to ensure a continuous improvement.

- Performing manual testing of work that's not deemed possible or important to automate.

- Automating system regression execution and regression data collection

- Closely work with worldwide teams and contribute with best practices.

Requirements :

- Must have overall 6 to 10 years QA working experience with SAAS & cloud products testing

- Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and acceptance criteria based on business

Technical requirements :

- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using tools like Playwright or Selenium, or similar frameworks.

- Experience with API testing using tools such as Postman, RestAssured, or SoapUI and must be able to Validate JSON and XML payloads in API responses.

- Hands-on experience in mobile testing (iOS & Android) with knowledge of Appium preferred.

- Strong experience in SQL databases, with the ability to write and execute SQL queries for data

validation.

- Work in an Agile/Scrum environment, collaborating with developers, product owners, and

stakeholders.

- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA or other defect tracking tools.

- Generate detailed test reports, logs, and documentation to communicate results effectively

- Experience with Git-based version control systems (GitHub, Bitbucket, GitLab).
