Senior UI Developer - React.js/TypeScript (5-8 yrs)

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented UI Developer with expertise in React, TypeScript, and REST API integration to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of front-end development best practices and will be responsible for building and maintaining high-performance, scalable web applications. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including back-end developers, designers, and product managers, to deliver a seamless user experience.

Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement user interfaces using React and TypeScript for web applications.

- Collaborate with designers and back-end developers to translate wireframes and design mockups into functional, high-quality code.

- Build and consume RESTful APIs to integrate front-end features with back-end services.

- Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.

- Ensure the UI is optimized for speed and responsiveness across different devices and browsers.

- Implement unit testing using frameworks like Jest, React Testing Library, or similar to ensure code quality and catch bugs early in the development process.

- Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to improve overall code quality.

- Collaborate in an Agile development environment, attending daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest front-end technologies, trends, and best practices.

Requirements :

- Proficiency in React.js : Experience building and managing complex React applications, including state management (e.g., Redux, Context API).

- Strong understanding of TypeScript : Ability to write type-safe code in TypeScript, ensuring the reliability and maintainability of large-scale applications.

- Experience with REST APIs: Familiarity with RESTful services and ability to integrate front-end applications with back-end APIs.

- Unit Testing: Knowledge of testing frameworks like Jest, Mocha, Chai, or React Testing Library to write and

maintain unit tests.

- HTML5/CSS3 Proficiency in modern web development, ensuring responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.

- Version Control : Experience with Git and GitHub/GitLab for collaborative development and code management.

- Performance Optimization : Understanding of performance tuning, lazy loading, and code-splitting techniques in React.

- Responsive Design : Ability to create responsive and mobile-first interfaces.
