Job Description: Business Development Manager - Digital Transformation, Data Migration/Modernization/CyberSecurity
Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager based in Bangalore, focused on expanding our Digital Transformation and Data Migration/Modernization/cybersecurity services in the EMEA/APAC. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in business development, with expertise in managing Request for Proposals (RFPs) and a successful track record in securing large-scale projects, supported by a solid technical understanding of the domain.
The candidate must have experience in dealing with IOT Technologies
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Business Development:
Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in the Middle East/APAC, focusing on digital transformation and data migration/modernization/cybersecurity.
Develop and implement a strategic business development plan to meet regional sales targets and grow market presence.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with local clients, government bodies, and strategic partners.
2. RFP Management:
Lead the comprehensive RFP response process, including strategy formulation, proposal development, and timely submission.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (technical, marketing, legal, etc.) to create competitive and compliant proposals tailored to Middle Eastern/APAC clients.
Maintain a database of standard proposal content and continuously enhance proposal quality and efficiency.
3. Client Engagement:
Engage with clients across the Middle East to understand their unique needs, present tailored solutions, and negotiate contracts.
Deliver persuasive presentations and demonstrations to highlight the company's expertise in digital transformation and data services.
Provide consultative selling, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and long-term relationships.
4. Market Analysis & Insights:
Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer requirements specific to the Middle East.
Provide insights and recommendations to the leadership team to shape product/service offerings and marketing strategies in the region.
5. Regional Travel:
Willingness to travel extensively to meet clients and foster relationships.
Ensure a strong on-ground presence to enhance client engagement and business development efforts.
