JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Candidate should work closely with Retail & Commercial Banking clients anchoring Digital Transformations.
2. Candidate should be well versed with business analysis methodologies, AGILE & SDLC (user story, requirement gathering, stakeholder management).
3. Candidate should be familiar with Competitor Analysis, User Research, & User Journey Mapping, Wireframing.
4. Tools : JIRA, Confluence , Viso , MS office etc

The Product Specialist / Senior Product Specialist for Enterprise Cloud Products are pivotal roles
within the organization, overseeing cloud initiatives and contributing to the enterprise product
roadmap. These roles require expertise in cloud-native technologies, strategic alignment with
business objectives, and technical and domain proficiency to ensure seamless integration and
achieve multi-cloud strategy outcomes like enhanced agility, innovation, and economic benefits.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Product Management & Agile Delivery
• Own and maintain a healthy product backlog through requirement gathering, timely grooming
and well-defined sprint goals
• Participate in the creation of product roadmaps for future, aligning with product goals and
business objectives & managing the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-
launch analysis
• Conduct user research to understand customer preferences, map user journeys, and support
design and prototyping efforts to create user-centric products
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to manage expectations, provide status
updates, and ensure alignment with the product vision
• Create and utilize templates for BRD, PRD, and other required documentation, ensuring
comprehensive communication of requirements
• Facilitate successful sprints on time, to specification, and within budget, ensuring clear
requirements and functional understanding for the team.
• Identify scope and delivery (quality, timelines) risks, highlight them to the stakeholders, and
implement mitigation strategies
• Ensure adherence to Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), set up agile processes, and
facilitate Scrum ceremonies and sizing estimations
• Encourage and drive the product and delivery team to excel and reach project objectives.
• Serve as a role model and pod leader, representing the team in interactions with clients and
Deloitte, and facilitating communication between the business and development teams
Domain Expertise & Technology Skills
• Conduct in-depth research on domain-specific market trends, priorities and best practices to
ensure the product aligns with industry standards and meets market demands
• Perform analysis on the industry, clients, and competitors, leveraging a solid understanding
of business processes to enhance development and support strategic decision-making
• Identify and address client pain points to deliver tailored and effective solutions
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their main services
relevant to the product
• Experience with agile project management tools such as Jira, Trello Notion etc. to manage
product development workflows & prototyping and wireframing tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma etc.)
to create and iterate on product designs

QUALIFICATIONS:
• 2+ Years of experience in BFSI domain
• Proven experience in product management, particularly in cloud technologies and the IT
Product/Service domain (2+ years), with a strong understanding of agile methodologies and
experience as a Product Owner, Scrum Master, or Business Analyst.
• Excellent communication, internal team management, and stakeholder management skills,
with the ability to work independently, develop thought leadership, and gain buy-in across
stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive in dynamic environments filled with ambiguity and competing demands, with
a solid understanding of the software development lifecycle, agile practices, and Scrum
ceremonies.
