Requirement: PEGA Architect
Experience Level: 8 - 15 Years

Mandatory Skills
1. Business and Technical Requirements Understanding:
o Collaborate with business units to understand and influence their requirements.
o Identify, quantify, and assess the impact of business requirements on systems.
2. Solution Design and Architecture:
o Act as the Technical Design Authority, overseeing the creation of strategic, scalable, and
high-performing solutions.
o Design and maintain the Pega PRPC Enterprise class structure.
o Develop and integrate software and system architecture concepts into conceptual designs.
o Provide high-level technical designs, ensuring they are fit for purpose and world-class.
3. Standards Development and Compliance:
o Ensure solutions align with business and IT objectives, and adhere to enterprise
technology standards.
o Develop new standards and practices where necessary.
o Responsible for all solution definition artifacts throughout the project lifecycle.
4. Project and Team Leadership:
o Lead complex application enhancements and full system development life cycles.
o Provide guidance, mentoring, and support to the development and architecture teams.
o Facilitate communication and decision-making within project teams.
o Manage resource forecasting, project scope, and risk.
5. Stakeholder Engagement and Communication:
o Communicate effectively with all stakeholders about solution options and project status.
o Conduct design workshops and obtain necessary sign-offs from clients and SMEs.
6. Innovation and Best Practices:
o Research and recommend industry best practices for addressing business challenges.

• Develop innovative solutions to complex business needs.
  7. Certification and Domain Knowledge:
  o Maintain certification as a Lead System Architect (LSA). CSSA/ CLSA
  o Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends.
  8. Operational Support and Development:
  o Support agile methodologies and project management activities.
  o Provide technical support including release implementations and on-call support as
  necessary.
