Deputy Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Export/Import Operations: Manage and streamline end-to-end export and import operations, including documentation, customs clearance, and logistics management.
• Export Documentation & Compliance: Handle pre- and post-shipment documentation, export bills, letter of credit (LC) documentation, and follow-ups for timely bill realization.
• Sourcing & Procurement: Plan, source, and import raw materials, capital goods, and finished goods. Negotiate pricing, lead times, and delivery schedules with international and domestic suppliers.
• EXIM Policy Compliance: Implement and ensure adherence to the latest Foreign Trade Policy, DGFT regulations, and avail benefits like Advance License, MEIS, and EPCG.
• Customs and Statutory Compliance: Ensure compliance with Customs, Central Excise, GST, and other statutory requirements, including the filing of returns and refund claims for exports.
• Logistics and Cost Management: Coordinate logistics operations, ensuring timely and cost-effective transportation. Optimize space management in warehousing and reduce demurrage costs.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as production, finance, and legal to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues related to imports, exports, and procurement.
