Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct thorough market research to analyze market trends, competitors, and consumer preferences.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including event planners and corporate clients.
3. Regularly visit event planners to showcase product samples and discuss potential collaborations.
4. Establish yearly contracts and agreements with event planners for consistent product supply and business growth.
5. Manage relationships with corporate clients by meeting with corporate offices, taking orders, and exploring future business opportunities.
6. Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and sales.
7. Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business development goals.
8. Negotiate and close deals with B2B clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
9. Handle customer inquiries on the floor and remotely via calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
10. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of business development and marketing strategies.
11. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive marketing and business development efforts.
12. Develop and implement business development strategies to identify new opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams.
