Operator/ back-office support

We are hiring for the role of Operator/ back-office support

Job Description / Responsibilities:

• Handling incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries promptly.
• Making calls to customers who have approached us via social media platforms.
• Providing support in the back office, assisting with administrative tasks as needed.
• Maintaining proper documentation and records of customer interactions.
• Ensuring efficient and timely follow-ups with customers.
• Language fluency in English and Hindi is preferred for clear communication.
• Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the management.

Desired Profile of the Candidate:

• Basic computer knowledge, including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong verbal communication skills and customer service orientation.
• Must be organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.

Qualification:

• Graduate (any stream).

Experience:

• Minimum of One year of experience in a similar role (back-office support, customer service, or related field).
