Job Description
Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and maintain highly scalable, distributed applications, products, and services using Java or similar languages.
- Leverage cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) to build and deploy cloud-native applications.
- Utilize Kubernetes to manage containerized applications and orchestrate microservices.
- Ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of our software systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers.
- Contribute to a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 3 to 6 years of experience developing highly scalable, distributed applications.
- Strong proficiency in Java or a similar programming language.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- In-depth understanding of Kubernetes and containerization.
- Solid foundation in data structures, algorithms, and software design.
- Strong analytical and debugging skills.
- Ability to work in fast-paced, agile environments.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for solving complex technical problems.
- Strong desire to work in a startup environment.

Work-Life balance could be better overall, but for a high growth startup it is still very good
