Role Description:

- Be involved in talent acquisition/ hiring

- Communicate with potential job candidates.

- Help with sourcing and screening of candidates

- Contact candidate references and perform background verification checks

- Work with ERP Software processes: Manage HR records including, rsums, applicant logs, and employee forms using the application software

- Maintain and manage offline employee database reports

- Prepare and publish various reports on HR processes

- Interface with finance team on salary processing; periodic validations of leave and attendance

Other responsibilities:

- Maintain employee confidentiality

- Help implement employee policies being introduce time to time

- Coordination and operational support on any other HR initiative

Qualifications:

- A Masters degree in human resources, business, or related field

- At least three years of experience working in human resources or Talent Acquisition

- Working Knowledge of ATS ,Zoho Recruit preferred

- Good knowledge of MS Office

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Approachable and professional demeanor

- Good organizing skills and attention to detail

- He/ she should be an individual contributor as well as an excellent team player

- Passion and interest to work in the social impact/ development sector
