Brand Manager - Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR)
Role Overview: As the Brand Manager EIR at Happi Planet, you will own the communications function at Happi Planet. You will be working directly with the founders & will be responsible for design & execution of the Brand's Communication Strategy.
Role Impact: Your work will bear an impact on anything & everything the consumers sees, including ecommerce product listings, digital assets (social media & digital marketing), physical in-store assets, packaging designs & post purchase consumer experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Communications Strategy: Design & execute the overall communications strategy to elevate the brand presence. Ensure consistency & coherence of the brand message across all touchpoints, maintaining a unified brand voice.
- Content & Assets: Own creation of engaging, on-brand content & assets for various platforms - social media, website, marketplaces, digital marketing etc. - by working with external agencies, influencers & graphic designer.
- Packaging: Run the development of high-quality packaging designs that resonate with the target audience & reflect the brand's identity.
- Collaborate: Work with the new product development and growth teams to ensure all communications and packaging align with product goals and consumer expectations.
- Monitor Competitive & Industry Trends: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities and consumer insights to continually improve brand communications strategies.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in brand communications, content creation & packaging design, preferably FMCG
- Proven experience in managing brand assets, packaging design and content strategy
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling brand stories
