Sales Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will support the sales department by managing customer orders, tracking sales team performance, coordinating communications with sales team, and assisting with day-to-day sales operations.

Responsibilities:

Order Processing:

• Process and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
• Coordinate with the warehouse or logistics team to ensure smooth order delivery.

Sales Team Support:

• Provide administrative support to the sales team, such as scheduling appointments, preparing sales presentations, and managing customer inquiries.
• Track sales team performance and generate reports.
• Coordinate with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure seamless operations.

Customer Communication:

• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Provide excellent customer service and build strong customer relationships.

Data Entry and Management:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer information, sales data, and other relevant information.
• Use CRM software to track customer interactions and sales opportunities.

Sales Reporting:

• Generate sales reports and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Prepare regular sales forecasts and projections.
