Senior Product Owner - Strategy & Roadmap (10-12 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate in Program Increment (PI) planning alongside the Scrum Master and Product Analysts to align on business vision and create actionable plans.

- Manage the team's backlog during PIs and ensure value delivery through 2-week Agile Sprints.

- Work with Product Managers and other Product Owners to define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.

- Act as the voice of the customer during sprints, ensuring the team prioritizes tasks to align with business goals and strategies.

- Accountable for sprint commitments and backlog refinement, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards.

- Provide onboarding, documentation, and adoption support to technology and business partners.

- Track and report on the value delivered by the product team, offering regular updates to stakeholders.

- Contribute to the overall product roadmap and maintain a prioritized backlog.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE/B.Tech/MCA) or equivalent.

- Industry Experience: 6+ years in the IT domain with at least 2+ years in Product Management roles, including experience as a Product Owner.

- Mandatory OMS Experience with expertise in order management systems.

- Strong knowledge of Agile processes and tools like JIRA and Confluence.

- Ability to prioritize effectively and make data-driven decisions.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders across different geographies.

- Hands-on experience in user story creation, backlog management, and delivering high-quality products.

- Familiarity with US time zones and flexibility to overlap work hours as needed
