F & B Service ( Waitress)

Role & responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to in-house guests
• Greet and assist guests with their dining needs in a professional and friendly manner
• Ensure a clean, neat, and welcoming environment in the dining area
• Serve food and beverages accurately and efficiently
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a courteous manner
• Maintain a professional appearance and hygiene
• Ensure that the service area is stocked and organized
• Collaborate with the kitchen and other staff members to deliver high-quality service

Preferred candidate profile

• Age Limit: 20 to 30 years
• Skills Required:
• Neatly dressed and approachable
• Basic communication skills
• Must speak at least two languages: Tamil, English, or Hindi
• Work Schedule: General Shift
• Salary (CTC): ₹12,000 - ₹15,000 per month
