Urgent Hiring For IT Technical Project Manager

Location: Kolkata, Bangalore


Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets to
ensure successful project delivery.
Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions on time
and within scope.
Communicate project status, risks, and issues clearly to stakeholders,
ensuring alignment and transparency.
Oversee all project phases while maintaining technical standards and best
practices.
Collaborate closely with technical teams to identify and mitigate risks,
ensuring smooth project execution.
Drive project success while optimizing resources within startup budget
constraints.

What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology,
or a related field B.tech, M.tech, MCA
- 5~8 years of experience managing technical projects with a proven track
record of successful deployments.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on development experience in your area of
expertise (e.g., Software Development, Web Development, Mobile App
Development, etc.).
- 3~4 years of experience in a lead role, guiding teams and driving project
success.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to effectively
manage teams and stakeholders.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and familiarity with one or more of our
key domains IT, Edutech, Healthcare, Fintech) is a plus.
- Ability to work in a startup environment, balancing multiple responsibilities and
optimizing resources effectively.
