Target Profile- A leadership role with Research and Consulting services organisation, providing outsourced research solutions to consumer business research stakeholders
Reports to Co Founders of the Research organisation.
Job Responsibilities :
- Own research deliverables of all the sizeable projects of the client organisation
- Mentor, manage research practice and grow holistic research competency
- Provide leadership support to delivery team, help them achieve quality and operational excellence
- Assist the business development team in winning new clients
- Identify and establish best practices with in the research teams and create training framework to scale the quality customer deliverables
- Support marketing initiatives, write thought leadership papers, and represent the company on various media platforms.
- Be hands on Research leader

- Customer oriented, with excellent communication skills.
- Capable multi-tasker with a keen eye for detail, analytical orientation.
- High achiever, driven, motivated to deliver results.
- Excellent in Sales and Business development.
Ideal Candidate:
- Qualification : MBA (with excellent academic records, from premier business schools preferred)
- 15 plus years of experience, atleast 10+ years of experience in managing teams in B2C & B2B Domains research
- Experience in market research industry, handling Consumer Research, Business research clients
- Preferential experience in leading and growing delivery teams
- Ideally, experience across multiple research domains
