The Role. Were looking for a Golang Developer who can take ownership of project quality while mentoring a team of junior engineers and specialists. This is an exciting opportunity to grow into a leadership position, with direct coaching from our CTO.

Key Responsibilities. Develop optimized, scalable, and efficient applications using Go.

Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance application performance.

Design and code backend components, integrating them with other web services.

Continuously explore and implement new technology solutions.

Provide comprehensive documentation and contribute to technical documents.

Participate in code reviews and uphold high-quality coding standards.

Key Requirements. A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Prior experience as a Golang Developer and as a Team Lead.

Strong understanding of Goroutine and channel patterns.

Expertise with Go frameworks, tools, and dependency management (e.g., Godep, Sltr).

Familiarity with Go templating languages and code generation tools (e.g., Stringer).

Proficient in using version control tools like Git.

Experience working with RESTful APIs and database systems (SQL/NoSQL).

Familiarity with testing tools and Strong problem-solving skills, team player mentality, and effective communication.
