About The Position.

Maropost is currently looking for Backend Functional Language developer with experience in Golang to join our development team in our India office..

What You'll Be Responsible For.

Translating software requirements into stable, working, high-performance software.

Playing a key role in architectural and design decisions, building toward an efficient micro services distributed architecture.

Writing scalable, robust, testable, efficient, and easily maintainable code.

Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate with the deployment team to streamline code deployment..

Analyze code and communicate detailed reviews to development teams to ensure a marked improvement in applications and the timely completion of projects.

What You'll Bring To Maropost.

Must Have.

Should possess a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field..

Should have 3+ years of experience.

Should have experience in developing Golang web applications..

Should exhibit expertise in software development methodologies..

Should possess a problem-solving attitude..

Can work independently and as part of a team..

Experience with the full site of Go frameworks and tools, including:.

dependency management tools such as Godep, SLTr, etc..

Gos templating language.

Gos code generation tools, such as Stringer.

Popular Go web frameworks, such as Revel.

Router packages, such as Gorilla Mux.

Should have a working knowledge of databases and SQL (Structured Query Language) and NoSQL (Non-Structured Query Language)..

Strong knowledge of Go programming language, paradigms, constructs, and idioms.

Knowledge of common Goroutine and channel patterns.

Experience working in Agile teams using SCRUM or other Agile methodology.
