Milton is hiring for an Executive - DMS - on 3rd Party Payroll for Mumbai (Kandivali) location.

Key responsibilities:

1. Data Validity & Correctness: Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the Distributor Management System (DMS).

2. Data Matching Coordination:

• Collaborate with the DMS team and distributors for data matching activities.
• Achieve a 99% distributor data match for all brands.

3. Data Reconciliation Tracking: Maintain a daily tracker for data reconciliation activities.

4. Daily Data Monitoring:

• Monitor data regularly and prepare various reports for the business team.
• Analyze mismatched data and propose corrective actions.

5. Invoice Push Monitoring: Track daily invoice push status from SAP to DS Tally and prepare related reports.

6. DS Data Synchronization: Oversee and monitor distributor system (DS) data synchronization activities.

7. Actionable Data Preparation: Process data dumps to generate actionable insights.

8. Data Analysis:

• Collate, interpret, and analyze data.
• Conduct trend analysis to support critical decision-making.

9. Data Auditing: Perform audits to ensure data correctness and reliability.

10. Coordination with Stakeholders:

• Collaborate with distributors and sales executives to ensure data correctness.

11. DMS Functionality Enhancement:

• Discuss and implement new functionalities with the DMS team.
• Coordinate with distributors to explain updates and ensure seamless implementation.

Skills Required:

1. Excel Expertise

2. Proficient in Advanced Excel skills, including:

• Formulas: VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, etc.
• Pivot tables and charts.
• Data visualization through Excel dashboards.
• Automation using Excel Macros (VBA).

3. Data Analytics

4. Strong analytical skills with experience in:

• Creating data dashboards.
• Conducting detailed data analysis in Excel.

5. MIS Reporting

6. Proven track record in preparing and managing MIS reports.

7. Experience: 1+ years of overall professional experience, focusing on data management and reporting.

8. Educational Background: Graduate degree with advanced Excel qualifications or certifications.

9. Additional Attributes

Experience with Excel context menus and customization for workflow efficiency.

Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve data inconsistencies.
