Company helps healthcare facilities create a safe and efficient healthcare environment through the deployment of the industry s leading real-time location system (RTLS). More than a hospital tracking system - Centrak provide actionable location and environmental condition data across the entire healthcare enterprise. The companys head office is in Pennsylvania, USA, with a regional office in Belgium.
Responsibilities:
Manages scope and change management based on requirements provided by the Product Manager(s).
Develop complex project plans using MS Project.
Plan, schedule, and track project timelines and deliverables using project management tools
Tracks and ensures deliverables meet performance, schedule, cost, and quality requirements.
Collaborates with the Product Manager(s) to ensure quality delivery of the NPD roadmap.
Leads without authority to drive execution and develop team members.
Create an environment fostering commitment, team spirit, resilience, and trust.
Stakeholder Management: Maintain clear communication channels with project stakeholders, provide regular status updates, and handle feedback.
Issue & Risk Management: Identify, assess, and manage risks and issues, ensuring impediments are addressed promptly and project momentum is maintained.
Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging teams to adopt and adapt best practices to enhance productivity and product quality.
Resource Management: Assess and ensure the proper allocation of resources, including team member skills and tools, across projects.
Performance Metrics: Track, measure, and report on project and team performance metrics.
Led your project team to drive the end-to-end execution for CenTrak s vision and it s prioritized roadmap agenda.
Develop robust and trusted advisor relationships with key client stakeholders.
Academic qualification:
Bachelor s degree in business, Computer Science, or a related field.
PMP or PMI-ACP certified.
SAFe Scrum Master (Preferred).
SAFe Release Train Engineer (Optional).
Experience:
Minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in Software and Hardware Project Management (5+ years of professional experience as a Project Manager and 3+ years of professional experience in software and hardware development).
Ability to select, adapt, and practice Agile software development methodologies.
