Job Description
- Under broad direction, designs and implements HR processes focused on one or more of the following disciplines: Compensation, Benefits, International HR/Global Mobility, Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, Employee Relations, or HR Information Systems
- Responsible for complex projects designed to provide solutions that are highly competitive, creative, and aligned with business goals and objectives
- Utilizes advanced program knowledge and experience, along with a strong overall business acumen, to provide consultative and subject matter expertise to HR and business leaders across the organization
- Analyzes and interprets HR data into meaningful recommendations and actions to drive strategic value for the organization
- May provide guidance, training and coordinate work of less experienced specialists
- Requires an undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or similar disciplines and a minimum of 6 years of experience
- Master's degree and Professional HR Certification preferred
