Vulnerability, Patch Management and Command Center Head

Key Responsibilities:

1. The role would be responsible to lead the Vulnerability and patch deployment process across Digital & Tech. The role would co-ordinate with SME from multiple towers like SAP, Digital Workplace, Cloud, Networks, R&D, Quality & Supply chain, develop a joint vulnerability remediation and patch deployment strategy.
2. Work with Release Management team to achieve KPI and KRIs.
3. Manage Command Centre activities.
4. The role would prepare a Business Risk document on a regular basis based on vulnerabilities detected, align the remediation plans and prepare deployment strategy aligned with Tower SMEs

Essential (MUST)

• 15+ Years of Expertise in vulnerability management, patch management and automation
• Command Center / SIAM / ITIL
• Good hands on / delivery exposure to , IT security areas, Infra management, OS, DB, Network and exposure to application operations management.
• Experience in Change Management or Release Management
• Operational experience of building and/or supporting complex IT systems.
• Experience in root cause analysis, either personally, or leading teams to produce the requisite outputs.
• Working in a GCC environment or handled complex customer environment from MSP
• Exposure to working with multiple MSPs to deliver desired results
• Bachelors/University degree in computer science or IT specific training.
• Proven track record in IT Service Management process execution within SLAs.

Preferred

• Project management experience.
• People leadership (line or matrix management) experience.
• Process definition and documentation experience.
