Much progress has been made in delivering requirements driven architecture across the technology landscape and an opportunity has now opened in the central architecture team for an Integration Architect who can own and drive strategy and technical design in this field.

The role will be a blend of domain and solution architecture turning strategy into architecture designs. The successful candidate will spend time engaged in thought leadership, the wider architecture community and governance, owning the integration roadmap, engaging the business, product and platform teams to realise the strategy.

Integration is a key area of activity and significance for Haleon due to the ongoing strategic transformation of the business. The successful candidate is required to be agile in not only change delivery, but the processes and administration required to maintain systems to a high quality or validation. Having an aptitude for modern technologies and the ability to solve problems through logical thought process is important as is the ability to drive value out of technology solutions. The role holder will need the experience to support others as they face issues that might create system or service issues. They also need to be able to answer queries from all levels of the business, particularly those in senior roles and have an excellent understanding of their product to do so.
