Lab Assistant - Quality Control

Role & responsibilities

1. Daily Product Inspection as per drawings.

2. Prepare SQC report with process capability indices.

3. Communication to Executive and Line manager for any deviations in product dimensions.

4. Laboratory testing as per customer requirement , e.g. CCMS , VLT , Impact resistance , Thickness measurement , Verticality etc.

5. Daily housekeeping of laboratory.

6. Measurement gauge storage and calibration.

7. Issuance and receival of measurement gauge from line during job change.

8. Daily COA Preparation of product as per QAP.

9. Quality assurance plan preparation and communication on line.

10. Participation in new product development process and share feedback for improvement.

11. Hand over takeover of current status from previous shift person.

12. Visual and Gauge inspection of glass bottles at cold end.

13. Work in rotating shifts.
