Role & responsibilities

• 1. IS m/c 31/32/34/35 panel cleaning with blower during every job change.
• 2. Each MCB VFD cleaning with Blower during the job change.
• 3. Lehr burner cleaning i.e. Ignition rod, flame sensing and blower.
• 4. Spare Lehr burner to be made ready in 2nd and 3rd shift for final trial during the job change.
• 5. Routine breakdown and calibration to check and prepare the document
• 6. Equipment spares to check and manage
• 7. Feeder and Stacker proxy cleaning and gap setting by filler gauge.
• 8. Production Weigh balance calibration with standard weight on every job change.
• 9. Follow-up and maintain 5S activities in every shift.
• 10. Furnace control panel cleaning by blower and cleaning of all the field equipment with cotton cloth as per PM schedule.
• 11. Batch house control panel cleaning in as per PM schedule and tightening of the connection and cable dressing to check.
• 12. Goods lift limit switch and VFD preventive maintenance
• 13. QC Bottle counting SCADA checking on daily basis in each shift by passing fix no of bottle through sensor (50 nos).
• 14. F/H burner cleaning during the long duration job changes every month and report preparation.
