Assistant Manager/ Manager (MNC) For Application Department, Gujarat

Role & responsibilities

Overseeing and optimizing IMM (Injection Molding Machine) processes.

Performing preventative and reactive maintenance on IMM equipment.

Troubleshooting technical issues related to IMMs.

Collaborating with Sales, Service & Production, teams to ensure efficient operations.

Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Managing and mentoring junior engineers/technicians (if applicable).

Other roles and responsibilities assign by the Management.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in processing (Production/Maintenance departments) or machine manufacturing (Testing/Service/Application departments).
• Must reside within a 50 km radius of our Kadi location.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

Diploma Plastic Engineering DPE, Diploma Mechanical Engineering DME, CIPET (Mold/Plastics), BE (Plastics/Mechanical).
