Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Salesforce development and administration, along with the required certifications. The role involves creating, maintaining, and optimizing Salesforce solutions to enhance business processes and drive growth.
- Develop and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
- Customize and configure Salesforce to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Ensure data integrity and security within the Salesforce platform.
- Implement best practices in Salesforce development and administration.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce performance and functionality.
- Conduct regular system reviews and recommend enhancements.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce best practices, Lightning components, and development methodologies.
- Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, and Salesforce integration tools.
- Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks and UI development.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- A bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- 1+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development or administration.
