Job Description

  • The Brand and Marketing Strategist will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive brand strategies that align with the company s vision and goals
  • This role includes creating and maintaining brand guidelines to ensure consistent communication across all channels
  • The strategist will formulate innovative marketing strategies to boost brand visibility and manage social media presence by developing engaging content
  • They will oversee the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, both online and offline, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration
  • Additionally, the strategist will monitor campaign performance, provide insights through regular reporting, and build strong relationships with industry stakeholders to enhance brand alignment and market presence
Key responsibilities
    Brand Development:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies that align with the companys vision and goals.
  • Create and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all communication channels.
    Marketing Strategy:
  • Formulate innovative and results-driven marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and market presence.
    Social Media Management:
  • Oversee and manage the companys social media presence across various platforms.
  • Develop engaging and shareable content, including posts, images, and videos, to build a strong online community.
    Content Creation:
  • Draft compelling and persuasive communication materials, including emails, presentation slides, and captions, to convey the brand message effectively.
  • Ensure all content reflects the brands voice and resonates with the target audience.
    Campaign Execution:
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns, both online and offline, to promote products, services, and events.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign integration.
    Analytics and Reporting:
  • Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts and make data-driven decisions.
    Collaboration and Networking:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with industry influencers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand alignment across all departments.
Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in brand development, marketing strategy, and social media management.
  • Strong creative and strategic thinking skills.
  • Knowledgeable of client servicingExcellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using social media platforms and marketing tools.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in creating visually appealing and engaging content.
