Job Description
- Management Committee Operations: Facilitate the smooth operation of management committee meetings
- Develop and execute the annual activity plan for the committee
- Prepare agendas and ensure timely dissemination of meeting materials
- Coordination with Directors Collaborate with directors to ensure effective decision-making
- Maintain and track records of resolutions and action points
- Compliance Management Ensure all statutory and regulatory compliance for private companies, including filings and documentation
- Handle renewals, and updates of statutory licenses
- Audit Coordination Coordinate and oversee internal audits, safety audits, and IT audits
- Collaborate with auditors to ensure timely completion and resolution of findings
- Governance and Meeting Support Organize and manage Annual General Meetings (AGMs), Extraordinary General Meetings (EGMs), and board meetings
- Record and maintain minutes of meetings, resolutions, and other statutory records
- Statutory License Management Track, renew, and maintain statutory licenses required for the organization s operations
- Ensure compliance with applicable local, state, and federal laws
- Provide advice on corporate governance and legal matters
- Stay updated with changes in relevant laws and regulations to ensure compliance
Education Qualifications
- CS/CS
