Senior Logistic and Operation Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Handle import inward movement of cargo
• Plan & monitor inward & outward movement of cargo
• Handle clearance cost especially shipping liners, cost & CFS cost.
• Booking & Freight negotiation with shipping lines/ forwarders for all imports & exports.
• Coordinating & controlling all regional warehouses & resolve any issues.
• Entire coordination& documentation for local sales, warehousing import to India.
• Inventory management in all these warehouses safety & security of the materials against any casualty, fire hazards & theft. All insurance should be in place.
• Strategic cost reduction techniques for hamalis, CHA & CFS, Shipping liners etc for complete logistics & operational efficiency.
• Handle all systems & logistics reports
• Complete coordination with suppliers from all over the world for movement of goods & also checking the consignments if required.
• Manage & ensure safe port operations.
• To be responsible for all warehouses (safety & security) & offices at all locations (leased)
