Role Overview:
As a Relationship Manager at GyanDhan, you will play a pivotal role in driving GyanDhans B2B sales strategy. You will forge and nurture key partnerships with study abroad admission consultants, channel partners, DSAs (Direct Selling Agents), and coaching institutes. Your primary goal will be to generate consistent student referrals and establish GyanDhan as the preferred financing partner for students seeking education loans. You will be responsible for driving B2B sales, enhancing partner relationships, and ensuring growth in the student referral pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the charge in identifying and securing new business opportunities through B2B sales channels, including study abroad consultants, channel partners, DSAs, and coaching institutes. Build and maintain strong partnerships that contribute to the continuous flow of student referrals.
Develop and maintain long-lasting relationships with existing partners through regular face-to-face meetings, networking events, and communication. Maximize referrals by ensuring partners are well-supported and equipped with all the information they need to recommend GyanDhans loan products to their students.
Focus on achieving 100% student referrals through your network of consultants, channel partners, and DSAs. Take ownership of driving B2B sales by ensuring partners consistently refer students to GyanDhan, contributing to increased loan disbursements and overall business growth.
Identify key business opportunities and strategically expand the partner network. Actively seek new partners and explore ways to expand GyanDhans presence in the education finance ecosystem through B2B collaborations.
Collaborate with partners to understand student preferences, market trends, and competitor activities. Use this information to fine-tune your B2B sales approach, ensuring that GyanDhans offerings remain competitive and aligned with market demands.
Organize and lead webinars, seminars, and training sessions to educate consultants, channel partners, DSAs, and coaching institutes on GyanDhans loan products. Empower your partners with the right tools and knowledge to drive referrals and sales.
Act as the primary point of contact for partners to resolve any issues or concerns. Provide timely, professional solutions to ensure strong, continued partnerships and seamless business operations.
Monitor, measure, and report key B2B sales metrics, including referral rates, loan disbursement numbers, partner satisfaction, and sales performance. Regularly update senior management on progress toward goals and KPIs.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
At least 1 year of experience in B2B sales, relationship management, or business development. Prior experience working with study abroad consultants, channel partners, DSAs, or coaching institutes is preferred.
Strong experience in B2B sales with proven skills in negotiation and persuasion to secure and maintain partnerships. Ability to drive business growth through effective partner relationships.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Able to professionally present and persuade partners, as well as build rapport and trust with a variety of stakeholders.
Ready and willing to travel extensively within your designated territory to meet partners face-to-face, build rapport, and drive sales initiatives.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Ability to focus on results and drive growth through strategic B2B sales efforts.
Skilled in establishing and maintaining long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with key business partners.
