Sap PPQM Consultant

Role & responsibilities -

• Conducted a detailed study and comparison of the legacy system (Material Master, Bill of Material (BOM), Work Centres and Routings) vis-à-vis business process requirements for identifying grey areas and mapping solutions for the same
• Provide application support of day-to-day issue of ticket related to MM/PP/QM/PS MOULDE through system.
• Maintain inspection types in the Quality Management (QM) module including inspection plans and sampling procedures.
• Work on Make-To-Stock (MTS) and Make-To-Order (MTO) scenarios and their integration with other modules.
• Work on customization settings for PP Master Data including Bill of Material (BOM), Routings and Work Centres in a discrete manufacturing environment
• Setting-up PP Master Data, Material Requirement Planning (MRP), Bill of Material (BOM), routings, work centres / resources, and planning order management
• Constructed various objects in Production Planning including formulae, availability check during order create & release, standard value keys, scheduling parameters for planned & production orders, production schedulers and Material Requirement Planning (MRP) controllers, order type dependent parameters, production order confirmation and scheduling margin key.
• Prepare detailed documents of As-Is study; developing the detailed To-Be process to suit the clients objectives.
• Provide Production Support, resolving the Incidents related to Production and quality department, MRP and interfaces
• Handle customization, configuration, and enhancement related issues.

Preferred candidate profile -

Technical Skills:

• ERP: SAP R/3 ECC 6.0 /S/4 HANA
• Application Components: SAP- ABP, MM, FICO, PM, PP & QM.
