Reporting Matrix:
Directly reports to the Principal/Deputy Director
Collaborates with other PGTs, TGTs, and Subject Coordinators
Works closely with students and parents

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an English teacher. The English teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering lessons, developing educational materials, providing individualized learning support to students, effective communication with students/ parents and participating in various non-academic activities of the school. Taking prep classes for residential students

Qualifications and Skills:

• Master's degree in English or a related field.
• B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in a CBSE-affiliated school.
• Strong knowledge of the CBSE curriculum and assessment patterns.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Passion for teaching and a dedication to student success.
• Classroom management and organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt to diverse learning styles and abilities.
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in educational technology tools.
• Patience, empathy, and a student-centric approach to teaching.
