Ensure the Quality Control of the Raw Material ( Milk) and various product
Ensure the Quality control of the material in process
Ensure the maintenance of the Hygiene of the equipment / machinery and storage containers
Ensure implementation of norms as HACCP , PFA and Foods Safety Act
Ensure accuracy of Weights And Measures as per law through implementation of systems and checks.
Conduct periodic checks on the various milk samples and communicate the quality to the relevant person to communicate back in the procurement chain
Regularly generate the checks on the quality of product batches
Implement systems and practices to evolve into ISO 22000 certified facility.
Coordinate with the legal team to resolve any issues pertaining to failure in the system regarding Food Safety and hygiene that results in consumer action
