Job Description


Team Leadership & Management:


  • Lead a team of 15 Fulfillment Associates, ensuring effective onboarding, training, and development.
  • Provide day-to-day supervision, guidance, and support to drive individual and team performance.
  • Foster a positive team culture that aligns with TTM Healthcares values and promotes productivity and engagement.

Performance Management:


  • Ensure all team members meet or exceed established KPIs.
  • Monitor and assess team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing targeted development plans.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, providing constructive feedback and guidance to support continuous improvement.

Operational Excellence:


  • Collaborate with the Fulfillment Manager to ensure alignment with overall operational goals and strategies.
  • Oversee daily operations, manage workflows, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and adhere to the highest standards of quality and accuracy in all fulfillment processes.

Client Fulfillment & Satisfaction:


  • Ensure timely and effective fulfillment of client needs, maintaining a high standard of service.
  • Work closely with the Fulfillment Manager to address client-specific requirements and manage any fulfillment-related issues.

Reporting & Analysis:


  • Prepare and present regular performance reports, analyzing KPIs and other metrics to monitor progress toward goals.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to identify trends and recommend actions to enhance productivity and client fulfillment.

Preferred Candidate Profile


Experience:


  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in team management, preferably in a medical staff fulfillment, staffing, or operational setting.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and developing high-performing teams.

Skills:


  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze performance metrics and use data to drive improvements.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite; experience with CRM or workforce management software is a plus.
  • Solution-oriented, with a proactive approach to managing challenges.
