Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager

Role & responsibilities: :

1. Monitor Daily production & ETA and achieve daily/monthly target.

2. Monitor Quality accuracy and provide feedback to immediate supervisors and team members.

3. Perform root cause analysis and provide solution if not achieving production or quality.

4. Analyzing and preventing denials .

5. Working on performance dashboard and MIS to the management

6. Calibrating with US office and working on training requirements internally

7. Evaluating the performance of team members and providing adequate feedback to set up a career path.

8. Minimum 5 years experience in US Healthcare and on papers AM/DM

9. Should have handled a team size of at least 25 users.

Preferred candidate profile :

• Bachelor/masters degree mandatory
• Excellent communication written and verbal,
