Sr. Business Development - Towers/Substations /Structure Manufacturer

Role & responsibilities

• Create Sales Strategy in conjunction with the management and ensure effective implementation.
• Driving sales and achieve the targets for Towers ( Transmission Lines/ Wind Mills / Communication ), Solar & Other Space Structures.
• Planning of Monthly/Annual Business and Growth
• Customer Focus • Adherence to the process defined and bring desired outcomes.
• Ensure customer experience (pre-post sales) to the delight level.
• End of the day reporting & assessment with the management.
• Sales Process Execution
• Addressing Customer Queries
• Ensuring Smooth Delivery Process & project execution.
• Willing to travel Pan India for Sales & Business Development.

Preferred candidate profile

• Candidates available to join early would be preferred.
• Candidate must have relevant experience of at least 6/7 years at Senior Executive Level in Structural ( Towers, Solar & Other Space Structures ) Sales Industry.
• Should be passionate for sales.
• Able to develop and implement sales strategies to achieve target.
• Should be able to analyze market trends.
• Team Management & coordination.
