Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and providing insights to support business decisions. This role requires strong analytical skills, financial modeling expertise, and the ability to interpret complex financial information.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and budgeting models.
• Conduct variance analysis to compare actual results with forecasts and budgets.
• Evaluate financial performance using key metrics and recommend improvements.
• Assist in investment analysis, cost-benefit assessments, and financial planning.
• Support senior management in strategic decision-making by providing data-driven insights.
• Collaborate with different departments to ensure financial goals align with business objectives.
• Monitor market trends, economic indicators, and competitor performance.

Preferred Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting.
• Experience with financial analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, SAP, or similar).
• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work with large datasets and generate meaningful insights.

Required Qualifications

• CFA, CPA, or MBA (Finance) certification is a plus.
• Experience with SQL, Python, or R for financial analysis.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
