While prior experience in automation is a plus, the focus is on finding a marketing-savvy individual with an analytical mindset and the ability to optimize marketing strategies through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Campaigns & Content Creation:

1. Creative Content Development:
   
• Craft persuasive and engaging templates for email, WhatsApp, and social media campaigns.
• Design promotional messages and advertisements that resonate with target audiences and align with the brand's tone.

2. Digital Marketing Campaigns:

• Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, WhatsApp, social media) to drive engagement and lead generation.
• Collaborate with the creative team to ensure visuals and messaging are cohesive and effective.

3. Drip Marketing Strategy:

• Design and implement drip marketing campaigns to nurture leads and maintain ongoing customer engagement.
• Develop tailored communication sequences based on customer segments and behavior patterns.

4. Performance Analysis:

• Use marketing tools such as Google Analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns.
• Provide actionable insights to improve campaign performance and ROI.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 24 years of experience in marketing or related roles, preferably with a focus on digital campaigns and content creation.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and customer engagement strategies.
• Exceptional communication and writing skills to craft impactful marketing messages.
