Key Responsibilities:

- IVF Patient Care: Conduct consultations, counseling, ultrasound scans, stimulations, and embryo transfer preparations, providing compassionate, expert care.

- Clinic Management: Oversee daily operations, including managing the medical and non-medical staff to ensure smooth functioning of the clinic.

- High-Quality Care Implementation: Ensure all care protocols meet high standards and follow best practices in fertility treatment.

- Regulatory Compliance: Guarantee that the clinic operates in compliance with all legal and regulatory standards.

- Patient Engagement & Outreach OPDs : Participate in creating informative video content for social media to educate and engage potential patients, and actively take part in outreach OPDs to connect with the community and raise awareness about fertility treatments.

- Financial Oversight: Oversee budget and revenue management, ensuring the clinic remains financially healthy while providing exceptional care.

Required Qualifications:

- MD/MS/FNB/DNB/DGO in Obstetrics and Gynecology, with strong specialization in IVF treatment.

- Expertise in IVF procedures, transvaginal sonography, and patient counseling, with a proven track record of successful treatments.

- 2-5 years of hands-on experience in an IVF center or fertility clinic.

Must-Have Skills:

- Strong communication skills, fluent in both Hindi and English.

- Leadership abilities to manage and motivate a team, with prior experience in leading healthcare facilities preferred.

- Ability to build rapport with patients and provide them with compassionate care throughout their fertility journey.
