Executive/Sr. Executive Sputter Coater

RESPONSIBILITIES / JOB DESCRIPTION

• Lead the shift operation for architectural coating in compliance with all EHS aspects.
• Experience on multi-layer thin film coating and its material characteristics.
• Strong skills in problem solving methodologies, data analysis using statistical tools like minitab, power Bi, MATLAB, LABVIEW etc.,
• Strong understanding on vacuum, vacuum systems, pumps, gauges, vacuum leaks etc.,
• Driving waste elimination/ cost reduction/ quality/ continuous improvement projects
• Able to understand and address customer problems (product quality related)
• Lead engineering trial plans and trials in collaboration with process engineers
• Work with inter departments for optimized output (Quality, Customer service, Finance etc.)
• Execute and Implement strategies to achieve customer expectation through continual cost optimization.
• Aligning internal team with customer centric approach, to ensure improved output wrt short and long term while ensuring compliance.
• Execution of improvement projects in coordination with stake holders and delivering on priority
• OEE calculation and lead OEE improvements projects.

• Capturing Requirement during meeting and MoM along with tracking and execution
• Accounts Management to a basic economic analysis

TALENT

• Engineer or Masters with material science background with 3 - 5 yrs. experience in large area sputter coatings/ industrial experience, will be preferred.
• Preferably from Solar Photo Voltaic / Polyester film / Optics / Architectural coating
• CVD, PVD, Thermal evaporation, DC sputtering
• Helium leak detection ability
