What You Will Do:

Compliance and Reporting Executive for India Finance and Accounts team. This role primarily focusses on overall compliance and reporting framework and internal controls over financial reporting. The candidate should be able to identify the changes in legal framework and find solutions for day to day working requirements with a vision to ensure control environment.

Work profile include:

• Understand various systems and tools in Finance and accounting department.
• Understand various departments and business verticals and compensation plans .
• Perform internal audits of various process including payroll and incentives.
• Overall accounting and closing activities
• Analysis of P/L and explain variances
• Budget and forecast activities

Understanding on accounting standards


What You Will Need:

• The candidate should be a Graduate in Commerce
• CA intermediate with internship
• MBA finance with relevant experience
• 2 to 4 year experience in overall India accounting, compliance, and reporting.
• Audit experience/ audit handling experience
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to follow up and complete work.
• Excellent Excel skills
• Working knowledge in all MS Office products and Tally

What Would Be Nice To Have:

PeopleSoft/ ERP experience will be added advantage.
