Job Description
1. To assist legal manager and legal aspects of the business carried by the company.
2. Drafting & finalizing of agreements, contracts & documents for various commercial transactions and put for final review of legal manager.
3. Helping hand to Legal manager for general business law issues and managing the legal issues of all areas whenever necessary.
4. To attend all court matters whenever necessary
5. To handle IP related matters
6. To attend property related matters
7. Update on any change in legislations
