Account Manager - Vasai Location

Role & responsibilities

1. Analyse tax implications of business decisions, recommend tax-efficient strategies, stay updated on tax laws and regulations.

2. Oversee preparation and filing of tax returns (income tax, GST, TDS/TCS), ensure timely tax payments, manage tax audits and assessments.

3. Develop and implement transfer pricing policies to ensure compliance with regulations and minimize tax burdens.

4. Identify and assess potential tax risks, develop mitigation strategies, manage tax litigation and disputes.

5. Prepare tax reports for management, analyse tax data to identify trends and opportunities for tax optimization.

6. Update general ledger accounts, prepare trial balances, assist with month-end closing procedures.

Preferred candidate profile

1. CA (Chartered Accountant) or LLB (Law degree) with specialization in tax law.

2. 5+ years experience in tax management, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

3. Candidate staying within the Vasai Virar limits preferred.
