Operations Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking an Operations Manager with a BBA/MBA and at least 1 year of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle and monitor daily operations, ensuring efficient client onboarding on various platforms like BSE and NSE, addressing client queries, managing transaction statuses, sending reports, and handling physical documentation.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills - excellent written and verbal skills in English
• Suitable knowledge of MS PowerPoint and MS Excel - must be able to use formulas
• Must be from a commerce background - preferably, an MBA
• The ideal candidate will have the NISM mutual funds distributor certification - however, we are also open to hiring the right candidate who will obtain this certification once hired.
• Experience in working in any Asset Management Company (AMC) would be an added advantage
• Candidate should have knowledge about the Mutual Funds schemes.

Salary Range up to 5 Lac.

Responsibilities:

1. Effective handling and monitoring day-to-day Operations viz Client Onboarding on various platforms like BSE and NSE, Client Queries, Transaction Status, Sending Reports, And Physical Documentation.

2. Smooth team coordination - to ensure minimal complaints and quick resolution

3. Independently speaking with various AMC to solve the queries.

4. Need to update the values, factsheets, and reports on a weekly and monthly basis

5. Reports generation as and when the team required

6. Monthly database update and sending the reports.

7. Maintain a tracker of all actionable items for operations and communicate with teams for timely completion

8. Collecting and analyze Mutual Funds data as and when the team required

9. Preparing Mutual Fund research reports (quarterly)

10. Supporting in evaluation and analysis of Mutual Funds, PMS, and any other products.
