Role & responsibilities

1. Allocation task to team members.

2. High quality requirement of sales FOS.

3. FOS training and grooming responsibility.

4. Ensuring performance by sales team and archiving company target.

5. Reporting to manager/carrying out performance review.

6. Discussion and resolving problem of team member.

7. Identify business opportunities from existing and untapped market niche, performance
indicators.

8. Forecasting the sales and further developing the sales plan

9. To establish sales opportunities through networking, building relationships, conducting
outdoor activities.
