Role & responsibilities

Know how of the Middle East Building Codes and standards will be greatly helpful in clearing the technical interview stage

Know how of the MEP and HVAC design principles and LiDAR

BIM 360, Recap, Cyclone, or open-source Point cloud classification methods

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to be able to deal with various situations during client deliverables.

• Utilize BIM concepts and relevant softwares to virtually construct structures in various industries
• Convert engineers and architects markups/redlines into Revit or CAD drawings.
• Work closely with engineers to assemble complete BIM project drawings in Revit.
• Leading a design team to work closely with engineers and architects in vast variety of building types commercial, residential & industrial.
• Working on BIM Co Ordination as required on specific projects
• Collaborate with other disciplines for design updates and changes
• Hands on with Revit, CAD, Dynamo etc
• Have worked on big and small facilities/structures for Architects in the Middle East
• Work closely with the clients to create BIM design, BIM specific 3D Models and create detailed execution plans, assign teams, calculate operational capacity and plan deliverables.

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum 4 -10 years of experience.
• B.Arch degree from a recognized institution.
• Proficiency in Revit Architecture and AutoCAD is essential.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative work environment.
