Civil Architect wanted For Construction Company in Ashok Nagar Chennai

Role & responsibilities

• The candidate should be able to provide construction drawings, provide 2D and 3D designs, able to work on working and approval plans in the residential apartment projects.
• Should be able to Coordinate with Operations and Engineering team on regular basis and coordinate and provide drawings needed for the sites for construction activities
• Should have knowledge on CMDA guidelines to create working plans.
• Should have knowledge to coordinate with structural engineering team to get necessary drawings.
• Ability to do 3D designs and rendering is a plus

Preferred candidate profile:

Degree in Architecture is preferred

Tools such as AUTOCAD, REVI CC, SKETCHUP, LUMINUS, etc

Spoken Languages:

Tamil & English - Mandatory

Ashok Nagar, Chennai.
