Job Description

GSK Solutions INC is seeking an experienced and dynamic OPT Lead to oversee and manage our OPT recruiting operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading recruitment teams, handling H1 transfers, and resume editing, with additional experience in OPT recruiting as a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of recruiters, providing mentorship and performance oversight.
• Drive the H1 transfer process, ensuring compliance and smooth onboarding for candidates.
• Edit and optimize resumes to enhance candidate profiles for client submissions.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and deliver top-quality talent.
• Oversee the recruitment lifecycle, ensuring timely and successful placements.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and provide regular reports to leadership.
• Experience in OPT recruiting is an added advantage.

Mandatory Experience:

• Proven leadership experience in recruitment, specifically in the US staffing industry.
• Expertise in handling H1 transfers.
• Strong skills in resume editing.
