Role & responsibilities

Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and access points.

Respond promptly to network-related incidents and provide effective resolutions.

Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve complex networking issues.

Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations, incidents, and solutions
